We offer a variety of plans from weekly maintenance to a once a month chemical correction, as well as maintenance supplies. If one of our maintenance plans does not fit your needs let us know and we can provide a customized plan that will work best for you.

•       Testing of pool water and adjust chlorine levels to maintain optimal chlorine levels
•       Testing of pool water’s PH (Potential Hydrogen) and adjust/add chemicals as needed
•       Testing of pool water’s hardness (Calcium Hardness) and adjust/add chemicals as needed
•       Test Salt Level (salt cell equipment only)
•       Test TDS

•       Check all skimmer baskets and clean them out as needed
•       Check and clean out, as needed, filter pump strainer basket
•       Check and clean out pool sweep debris bag
•       Check and clean out pools sweep wall screen
•       Backwash DE filters once a month and add back DE powder lost DE Powder *DE Filters
•       Backwash sand filters weekly *Sand Filters
•       Check motors and pump ensuring no debris entrapped
•       Check valves to ensure correct operation and function
•       Advise of any concerns or failures
